More on Jarvis

This is an awesome read on the differences between the economics behind a site with lots of click bait versus a site with meaty content.

I especially enjoyed his quip: do what you do best, link to the rest. Jarvis wants newspapers to adapt to the fact that, since we have a world full of content aggregators, organizations should carve out a niche and then act as a platform to host other excellent specialty material.
